Gina Donaldson
CEO
Gina Donaldson is the CEO of the Rainbow Education Multi-Academy Trust.
Gina has over 18 years teaching experience, having taught in a range of primary schools across several different local authorities. Having been appointed as Headteacher of St Silas CE Primary School in Liverpool 10 years ago, Gina subsequently became Executive Headteacher across two primary schools. In her role as National Leader of Education, Gina provides valuable support to schools.
Following the sad passing of Jonathan Nichols, founder and CEO of Rainbow Education MAT in March 2023, Gina was appointed CEO of Rainbow Education MAT in October 2023.
Gina is passionate about ensuring that each and every child has the right to a high quality education and a supportive school experience.
